End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Hutten Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. User Obligations & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App.
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
• Violate any third-party rights or agreements associated with the App.

• If the App allows users to upload or share content (e.g., photos, notes), you retain ownership but grant Hutten Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the App's context.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

• The App may include links to third-party services or content. Hutten Labs LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content.
• Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App may collect personal information to improve user experience and functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Hutten Labs LLC.
• This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

8. Updates & Modifications

• We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features.
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9. Maintenance & Support

• We provide maintenance and support for the App as needed.
• If you experience technical issues, contact us at main@nuzl.app.

10. Product Claims & Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of the App.
• Apple or other platform providers are not responsible for any claims related to the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hutten Labs LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

• We may terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

13. Export & Sanctions Compliance

You confirm that:

• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party lists.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Charleston, South Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hutten Labs LLC and supersedes any prior agreements related to the App.
